Brief Answer:
Theoretical risk of pregnancy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us with your health concern.

Since her last period was on 14th of January, today on 28th of January is exactly day 14 of her cycle, when ovulation is most likely.
Having unprotected sex around this time carries maximum risk of pregnancy, however I pill reduces the risk substantially.

But yes, there is a theoretical risk for pregnancy in this case.

It is best to use some reliable contraceptive for the rest of the cycle, and to take a pregnancy test after 3 weeks.

She might have some withdrawal bleeding in a few days due to the I pill, and her next period might be preponed or postponed.

The pregnancy test should regardless be taken.

All the best

Brief Answer:
Yes.

Detailed Answer:
Well, apart from taking the I pill there is no more precaution to take.
Wait for 3 weeks and then take a pregnancy test.
If it is negative, use reliable birth control method henceforth.
Taking I pill frequently will harm her in the long run.
Take care.
