Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have read your message.

In view of the added details pregnancy is a possibility that we need to consider.
Your last period was on 16th October. By a 28 day cycle your next period should be by 14 November. As you said , you've no symptoms of periods.

Therefore we need to consider pregnancy as a possibility.

I-pill has a failure rate. Even though not very high but still there. Might be possible that you are among the few ladies who develop pregnancy despite I pill.

So you need to test a urine pregnancy test. Alternatively, you can wait for 3 days and then test it.
Do note that the ladies often have delayed period after their first completed intercourse. You will need to consider that possibility since I don't have that data available.

As for antibiotics, do you still have loose stools? If not the antibiotic is not needed. If yes, please let me know more about it. How frequent? How loose? Consistency of stools? Pain? Vomit? Foul smelling beyond normal? I might be able to suggest medicines according to the symptoms?

I have tried to make it as simple as possible. I hope that the information contained in this message will be able to help you find the best solution for your problem.

Please feel free to contact us for more information.
Best of luck.
Dr Mittal.
