Brief Answer:
Chance of getting pregnant is there

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Unwanted72 is the emergency contraceptive pill which should be taken up to 72 hours of unprotected intercourse. It is not efficacious in preventing pregnancy if taken beyond this duration.
Only emergency contraception which can be effective up to 5 days of unprotected intercourse is intrauterine contraceptive device( Copper T). But it is not recommended in females who never had a pregnancy before.
I would suggest you to wait for the periods, of delayed then do get a urine pregnancy test done and if positive, you can for medical method of abortion under the supervision of a registered medical practitioner.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back for further queries.
Wishing you good health.
