Is Pain During Defecation A Symptom Of Genital Herpes?

Question: I have genital herpes even if i didnt get any results yet anyway it looks like herpes ..

If i have genital herpes it makes me pain when i pooping..? I thought it was hemmoroid but i dont think it is .. Becuase i couldnt pooping started at the same time when i saw some blister in my vagaina...

Plz let me know if this possibly can happen when i have genital herpes....

This is .. It seems herpes...so i went to see the doctor .. They said they need to check it for sure if its herpes.. so they did test it and the result takes 5days .. Anyway i got alcyclover 200mg x 5 a day.. And acetami/ codein 300-30mg x 3 a day..

But i couldnt get alcyclover cream.. I wanted to but the doctor said the pills are enough.. Anyway
It seems herpes right..??

Also since i couldnt get any cream..so Is there have any cream that make reduce my pain.. Without see the doctor ..??

Also can i take L-Lysine 1000mg with alcyclover??

Please let me know im in pain everyday...

Also when i pooping it feels like glasses are in my butt or niddles are in my butt...
This symtons also commonly caused by genital herpes..?

I thought it was hemmoroid or somethings.. But i couldnt poop well since i got 1st outbreak...

I can understand your problem and irritation regarding this issue.
Yes this can be due to herpes but this can be better judged by examining person.
Take full course of acyclovir and pain killer as advised and most likely you will be relieved of symptoms.
Can take lysine along without any problem and there is definitely no need of acyclovir cream above this treatment.
Take sitz bath twice a day for pain relief and you will feel very good.

And yes .. Im taking
Alcyclover 200mg x 5 a day

Guess it is getting better..

So i heard i cant cure this herpes forever... This is perminemt...

So is it possible if i take care my body well , it wont be happen again to me...??

Better not to apply any ointment over it and let it heal by itself.
Yes herpes is known to recur but not always and definitely good diet and good immunity can prevent it.
Take good diet and don't miss any dose.
