Is Negative HIV Antibody Test After 6 Months Of Possible Exposure Conclusive?

Question: I tested negative with antibody test after 6 months of possible exposure. The test was 3rd Generation VITROS ECi with local path lab.
Can I say I am 100% HIV Free and No more test require?

I have persistent pharyngitis since last 1 year.

HIV tests after 6 months are conclusive.3 rd generation tests are also conclusive.
Pharyngitis may be due to DNS or allergies. Check with your ENT specialist. It is not related to HIV.

There is no need for HIV tests.
You forget the episode and lead a normal life.

In health care magic, some doctor commented that HIV antibody test is not 100% reliable. Need to go for PCR test. I did this test after 217 days and found negative.
But these kinds of comment making me confused.

Are local pathology laboratories reliable?
I did the HIV test from Serum Analysis Centre Pvt. Ltd. XXXXXXX

Or I have to do it from Govt hospital. The lab did not perform any pre test counseling.

My first case was condom slippage during vaginally intercourse. After 11 months I did test. Second case was protected intercourse but deep throat and tongue kissing. After 7 months of second case I did the test. Is the second incident a risk?
