Question: Is mottled skin on 8 year old's legs of concern? The mottling comes when she is cold and goes away when she puts on heavier clothing or takes a warm bath. Thanks!

This is a normal reaction to cold weather by then body. It is generally called goose pimple. If she must go outside into the cold weather, please let her dress warmly. Cold temperatures are not the best for children and adults as well.
