Brief Answer:
repeat the test

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the query.
I think you should repeat the test for t3, t4 and tsh.
Low tsh [as in our case] suggest hyperthyroidism [subclinical or due to non thyroid illness].
Repeat test after a week to confirm the diagnosis and consult the Endocrinologist.

For cough and cold you complete the treatment as advised by the treating doctor.
Maxtra drops can be given for cold as advised by the doctor.
As you have already completed the antibiotic course you can only give symptomatic treatment now like maxtra for cold.

Hope i helped you.

Brief Answer:
Less likely

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the follow up.

As far as studies are concerned budesonide respules may increase TSH (hypothyroidism).
But we are dealing with sub clinical hyperthyroidism, so it is less likely that this result is due to budesonide respules.

Hope I helped you.
