Brief Answer: Subcision related bruising/bumps Detailed Answer: Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic I am Dr. Kakkar. I have gone through your query and I have understood it. Subcision is technique to improve the appearance of acne scars. The principle is to break the fibrous bands in dermis, pulling down on to the acne scar, thus lifting the scar as a result. Immediately after subcision, there is bound to be some bleeding into the skin/bruising and this might cause a lump/ bump, but this is self resolving in about a week or so and requires no intervention. regards
