Is Lipase Value Of 700 A Cause For Concern?

Question: 2 years back I had my gall bladder removed-emergency Surgeon found pancreatis.
At that time my Lipase was 900 amylase normal.
After giving my pancreas a rest, 3 Days (maybe more) released with lipase 350 amalyze normal.Found a Dr. He did all the tests-CT camera look, etc. Lipase 700 amalyze Normal.
This was a span=-Hospital March 2013, Dr. tests Dec.2013.
Seemed to go between 200-700. Recently my amalyze normal. Lipase normal.

You probably did not need all the information I wrote,
Is my pancreatis in remission, do not have pancreatis anymore? As long as I keep
numbers normal?
