Brief Answer:
Seems to be intertrigo, topical steroid & antifungal cream, antihistaminic

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

It could be due to intertrigo which is inflammation of the body folds. Kindly upload a photo so that I am better able to help.
I would recommend you to apply a mild steroid and antifungal cream like cortisone cream and miconazole cream on the affected areas twice daily and take antihistaminic like tablet Cetrizine 10 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
This should subside your problem.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
