I understand your concern and would explain that vit K2 is considered safe while taking Coumadine.

In fact warfarin is a Vit K1 antagonistand taking vit K2 will not affect its therapeutical benefits.

Furthermore taking Vit D with K2 will be helpful in maintaning calcium deposits inside the bones and prevent vascular calcifications triggered by warfarin.

Anyway you need to discuss with your attending cardiologist on the above mentioned issues.
