Brief Answer:
Yes,you can take it.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

You are taking Losartan,an anti-hypertensive drug, for obviously hypertension.

Can you tell me your blood pressure readings with and without medication?

Now,Penegra(sildenafil) can be taken in case of hypertension but it is contraindicated in hypo-tension,heart stroke, kidney and liver disease etc.

If your blood pressure is well under control and you do not have any cardiovascular problem (your ECG and Echocardiography of heart reports) then there is no issue in taking penegra.

You should more discuss with your family physician before taking penegra as your family doctor knows much about your health.

Hope this will help you.

Brief Answer:
Blood pressure is well under control.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for the follow-up.

Both the medications are good in controlling blood pressure and 130/85 mm hg is completely normal blood pressure but it would be advisable to maintain systolic blood pressure between 110 to 120 and diastolic between 70 to 80 with antihypertensive medications.

Here, there will be no issue in taking penegra in your case but to be in safer side ,you should undergo cardiac evaluation like ECG and Echo cardiography of heart and other tests (if not done) as I said earlier.

If all of them comes within normal limits then there is nothing to worry for using penegra.

Whether penegra 50 mg can be taken in completly empty stomach.
Whether the hypertensive medicines can be taken along with penegra or is there any time in which both these medicines an be taken.
I usually take Losar -H in the morning and Atenolol at night.

Brief Answer:
Yes,penegra can be taken on empty stomach.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the follow-up.

Yes,penegra 50 mg can be taken on empty stomach and with anti-hypertensive medication but you should take at minimum 2 hours gap means if you are taking atenolol at 7 pm then you should take penegra at 9 pm.

The reason behind is that both this medications can lower your blood pressure,so to avoid their synergistic action together you must take at least 2 hours gap.
