Is It Safe To Take Asprin Or Aleve Along With Melicam?

Question: I am taking Melicam With that should I take aspirin, Aleve or Advil if I need something for a headache or fever?

Hello

Thanks for the query

Milcam is a non steroidal anti inflammatory agent which takes care of pain. However if you still persist to have pain/headache or fever, only then can you take an alternative. In such case, I would add Tylenol. It can be taken upto three times a day.

I must add here that meloxicam has renal issues as side effect; try to limit it as much as possible. Get a renal function test from time to time along with Urine routine
