Question: YES plse , I have NO joint space/-SubforticalSclerosis/Osteophytes. Also a narrowingof Patellofemoral compartmment. What non-surgical action can I have-Spartz Inject/Steroid inject ??? I am 70 yrs old ,do not want knee replacement. OR KNEE ANTHROPSCOPY?? Thanks XXXXXXX
