Brief Answer:
I see nothing in my books to indicate XXXXXXX and spinach are not ok

Detailed Answer:
Hello Sir,

At 74 you must realize you don't want to be too thin. Juicing is only a temporary way of losing weight and in the process you do not learn correct portion sizes or how to eat normally. I generally do not recommend juicing programs.

However, your question was about pradaxa and XXXXXXX and spinach. I see nothing that says you cannot have these foods. With some medication you have to monitor nutrients, like vitamin k, but the key is to keep the level consistent, not to avoid them completely.

So, you have instruction on the proper way to do juicing? How long do you plan on following this program and have you planned for your protein needs?

I hope I have answered your original question. Please feel free to write me back for any clarifications you might want. If I can help further, please feel free to write back, otherwise please close the question and rate it. Thank you for visiting HCM. Kathy Shattler, MS,RDN
