Brief Answer:
You should continue with BP drugs.

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking!
I read your query and understood your concerns.

Since you experience tachycardia and high blood pressure when you stop the drugs I encourage to continue with medications.

If you were my patient I would recommend to continue at least with losacar and prolomet xl. But you should discuss with your doctor about continuing lonazep, because it's a psychotropic drug and may lead to medical dependence.

Hope this was of help!

Brief Answer:
Following answers to your queries...

Detailed Answer:
Hi back,

Thank you for providing the requested tests reports.
As I was going through them, I found:

1. your cholesterol levels are really high including total cholesterol, triglycerides and LDL cholesterol. Diet changes are excellent choice in improving your cholesterol numbers. However, I do not mean you should not be eating. I always advise my patients with high cholesterol problems as you to avoid foods that would increase cholesterol levels like fatty/processed/alcohol, etc.

2. You are reporting to have fatty liver, this can explain the high transaminases and other liver enzymes level.

Trying to reduce cholesterol levels and following a healthy diet will help improve your liver panel and reverse fatty liver.

3. Walking and other physical activities are excellent choices to improve your current health problems.

4. With regards to using statin (cholesterol) medications, I advise to continue with healthy diet and lifestyle changes for the first 3 months. Then, repeat the cholesterol tests and see if any improvement. If yes, continue with current healthy diet and lifestyle changes. If no improvement yet, can decide to take statin.

5. You can also continue to have a normal sexual life too. Your problems are not a problem.

Hope it was of help!
