Brief Answer:
You should ask your Surgeon whether you need to stop Aspirin

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mam.
What surgery are you undergoing?
Why do you take Aspirin and how long have you been taking it?
If it is a minor surgery, it should not cause any problems. Most Surgeons and Anaesthetists check that before surgery and advice you to stop Aspirin 3 to 5 days before surgery. So, please check with your Surgeon whether you should go ahead with the procedure while you are on Aspirin and 650mg is kind of a heavy dose.
The only complication that can be foreseen is slightly increased bleeding risk while undergoing Surgery.
I advice you contact your Surgeon for the same and if advised to stop then give it a 3 to 5 day break before the Surgery.
Take care,

Brief Answer:
You should tell your Surgeon and let him decide.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
If you have taken it without prescription then I feel your Surgeon deserves to know about it. As you have taken a very heavy dose of Aspirin I do not know how much risk you have of bleeding. If I was operating then I would probably have postponed the Surgery till the effect of Aspirin wears off.
You should tell your Surgeon and let him decide.
Take care,
All the best,
