Brief Answer:
she's already taking an antihistamine drug

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

She can take it with azithromycin, prednisone and acetaminophen but motrin is an antihistamine drug and should not be taken along with another drug of the same kind. You've got to choose which one she will take. Dimetap contains an antihistamine, a drug for the cough and a decongestant.

I hope I've helped!
