Brief Answer:
No harm in taking Flu vaccine

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome to Healthcare

It is recommended that in flu season, everyone 6 months old and older should get a flu shot to prevent or reduce the chance of getting the flu. The best way to prevent H1N1 swine flu is by vaccination.

The flu vaccine is the best protection against the swine flu. If you get the flu vaccine, you are 60% less likely to need treatment for the flu by a healthcare provider.

Flu season usually peaks in January or February, but it can occur as late as May. Early vaccination is the most effective, but it is not too late to get the vaccine in December, January, or beyond.

Adults will be give flu vaccine in a dose of 0.5 ml intramuscularly. Consult your doctor for the vaccination.

Thank you.
