First of all , you must understand that most of our height will be determined by the genetics of the family. There is nothing to be discouraged .
I can certainly help you out.

I would suggest you to

- Avoid caffeine
- Get plenty of sleep
- Have a balanced diet with plenty of fruits ,protein ( eggs and meat) , vegetables , milk products ( as they contain loads of calcium) . Take fish ( it contains Vitamin D) . Try to take 3 meals a day , with small snacks between breakfast and lunch.
- Regularly exercise for 30 minutes a day.
- Practice a good posture.

Exercise combined with the right diet and proper sleep should help you grow.
