Yes,shingle can strike back.
Previously it was thought,that you don't get a reoccurrence of shingles.
Then it was thought that only aged people or people with immunocompromised status can get a re occurrence,but the new data says that it can re occur even in a healthy individual also.
It has been seen that re occurrence can happen from 96 days to 10 years.
