Is It Possible To Get Pregnant Despite Taking I Pill Within 24 Hours Of Intercourse?

Question: Hi there. I had my periods finished on 30 Aug. On 3rd Sep morning at about 10am, I had a long foreplay with my bf. He did insert within few times but didn't finish inside. We were not too sure about it so by 12pm, I had taken two iPills. I know one is enough but I took two instead as I was terrified. After taking the pills, he didn't enter within me but only used finger for a long time. I haven't had any vomits after taking the pills but I felt vomitish. Today, it's 4th Sep, I felt feverish and I have taken med for it and fever is fine now. My questions are
1) Since I have taken two iPills and 99% my bf didn't finish within me and I took two iPills within a period of two hours only, can I be pregnant?
2) My periods finished on 30th Aug and we had the sex(not completely though) on 3rd Sep. So I believe, it was a safe period. Is it right? With this factor, what are the chances of being pregnant?
3) how effective is ipill? I took it for the first time yesterday . I know one is enough but I took two instead. I hope taking two is not going to lower the effect of the pill.

1 &2. The two pills that you have taken give you more than 97% protection against pregnancy. Also this is not your fertile time of the cycle. So the chances of conception are less than 1%.
3. I-pill is 95% effective if taken in first 24 hours. You have taken 2 pills so the protection is even more. The chances of pregnancy are practically zero.

Thanks Dr Rakhi! Please bear with me for few more doubts.

1) How can I know that the pill worked? I didn't get any bleeding after taking the pills. I felt feverish today but I went to a normal doctor and with his medication, fever is fine for the moment.

2) I read there is something called "withdrawal bleeding" ? What it is ? Is it something related to iPill?

3) You mentioned that two pills would be more likely to be effective. So can I assume that the chances of being pregnant, after taking two pills are zero and can ease myself?

Thanks for writing again.
1. This can be detected only after you get your next periods. The withdrawal bleeding after the pills can start even after 72 -96 hours.
2. After taking I pill- as it is a high dose hormonal pill it causes a bleeding after 3-4 days of taking the pill. This is called withdrawal bleeding. It is not a period and it gradually stops on its own.
3. Yes. The chances of pregnancy are practically zero. You need not worry.

Thanks Dr! Should I take a 3rd pill tomorrow (48 hours will be completed tomorrow) to make sure that not even the remotechances are there for pregnancy? Will it be fine?
