It is difficult to get a false positive result for methamphetamine on urine analysis. Rarely using a Vicks inhaler, NSAIDs- ibuprofen, naproxen and antibiotics like fluoroquinolones can cause this. In few cases, medicines for cough and cold can also cause a false positive.
