Is It Possible To Experience Intertrigo Without Any Redness In Scrotum Area?

Question: I have a nagging irritation on my scrotum through out the day. Some days are better than others. This has been going on for 3 weeks+. I've been to a urologist and I was giving Cipro but that doesn't seem to be helping. The skin on my scrotum isn't red, no rash and there aren't any bumps, lesions, or scratches. No burning during urination and no problems when ejaculating. Should i consult a dermatologist? What does this sound like it might be?Is it possible to experience Intertrigo without any redness in scrotum area? All of the pictures I've seen show a lot of red. What type of powder would you recommend. Will it cut down on the irritation I'm having now? Can this irritation possibly be caused by gold bond medicated spray that I was spraying on my scrotum to make my crotch smell better?

Intertrigo without any redness is not impossible but not very common. I cannot recommend particular powder as of now as there is need of physical exam. Dermatologist visit is required. Gold bond medicated spray may also be the reason but as there are no specific clinical research studies about the adverse events caused by these kind of sprays, we cannot be sure about it's suspicion.
