may have tolerance

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Xanax is in the family of drugs called benzodiazepines. These medications have a potential effect called tolerance.

When a person develops tolerance to a medication, it means that they need more and more of it for the same effect to occur.

It is possible that you have developed tolerance to the xanax and this is why you are not seeing much effect.

Normally because the tolerance and risk of dependence on this type of medication, it is not advisable for it to be used for such a long period of time.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
