Even hypertension can cause nose bleed and it can cause dizziness also. Check blood pressure whether it is raised or not. Control blood pressure with antihypertensiveantihypertensive drug. Start nasivion and nasoclear nose drop to stop bleeding. If it is bleeding a lot, give botryopause nose drop. Check blood sugar and try to control it if it is raised. Sir with pinched nose and bending forward till bleeding stop. If it is bleeding doesn't stop with that then consult ent surgeon.
