Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

dear Sir

In flaccid state the foreskin or prepuce normally covers the glans/head of penis in uncircumcised individuals. During Erection it could uncover the glans and expose it. Its totally normal and there is no cause for concern.

It would be very helpful if you could provide me following additional information for me to be able to assist you further

1. Are you circumcised ?

2. Do you experience pain while retracting the prepuce / foreskin ?

3. DO you have any whitish secretion collecting beneath the foreskin

Kindly get back to me with the details so that i am able to assist you in better way and answer all your queries.

Thanks

Best Regards
Dr Shobha Deepak
