Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry. Get radiograph of your child. Upload pictures.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

As far as no sign of eruption of primary teeth of your child is concerned it can be due to delayed eruption. Sign of eruption of primary teeth starts from 7 months.

I will suggest you to consult pedodontist for clinical examination and full mouth X-ray (OPG) of your child and revert me back with radiograph so that I can give you proper diagnosis.

Meanwhile, you can upload picture of your child gums in report section so that i can see if there is any eruption bulge.

Awaiting for pictures to comment further.

Hope this will help.

Dr. Priyanka Tiwari
