Is It Necessary To Have Vaginal Bleeding After Taking Mifepristone And Cytotec?
Question: Hi I'm 13 weeks pregnant right now, I took cytotec when I was 4 weeks pregnant and I bled and pass out blood clots too, and I repeated after a week and same thing happen. But now my belly is getting bigger and the pregnancy test is still positive. So I decided to take mifepristone and cytotec last week but I did not bled , what should I do?

Cytotec alone does not cause an abortion. It causes the bleeding and helps in cervical ripening. At 13 weeks none of the abortion inducing medicines are effective. It is best to continue with this pregnancy. Abortion after 12 weeks of pregnancy is not legal.

There will be no effect with the baby if I will continue? I bled a lot and I'm worried about it

Is there a posibility that i have ectopic pregnancy thats why the abortion is not successful?

Ectopic pregnancy usually ruptures by 7-8 weeks. It does not extend beyond this. And the abortion pills work on ectopic pregnancy too.
