Brief Answer:
If no risk factors, she can continue

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
I am fine, thank you.
Actually walking is recommended in pregnancy.
-Because it helps in mobilization of joints, that can help in labor.
-By this excess weight gain can be avoided. This helps in preventing medical disorders like gestational diabetes, hypertension etc.
-It helps in maintaining normal cardiac function.
But brisk walking should be avoided, only normal walk is advisable.
Walking should be avoided in women, who are having risk factors like:
-Placenta previa, low lying placenta
-Previous history of recurrent first trimester abortions
-Health problems like severe anemia, cardiac disease etc which can lead to breathlessness during walking etc.

So, if your wife is not having any risk factors like above and if she is comfortable with her walking, she can continue.

Hope I have answered your query. I will be available to answer followup queries. If you are satisfied with the response, please give your review at the end of the discussion.
Take care.

Brief Answer:
Yes, it is beneficial

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Eating fish during pregnancy is beneficial as fish contains omega-3 fatty acids, low saturated fat, high protein, vitamin D, and other nutrients that are important for good development of baby.
According to recent FDA and EPA recommendations pregnant women can eat between two and three servings each week of low-mercury seafood, such as salmon, shrimp, cod, tilapia, and light canned tuna.
Tilapia comes under category of fish with lowest mercury levels.

So as benefits overweigh risks here, your wife can take tilapia.

Take care.
