Brief Answer:
Avoid Tminic for the day

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms XXXX

slight uneasiness while feeding is quote common during blocked nose in babies. I would suggest you the following

1. Skip the dose of Tminic for the day

2. Normal Saline Nasal drops : 3 to 4 drops in each nose 6 times a day. It will help relieve nasal blockade

3. Continue exclusive breastfeeding

4. Keep baby warm by appropriately covering the baby

5. Steam inhalation : Preferably using electronic steamer. Maintain safe distance from baby. Use it for 5 minutes thrice a day.
