Hello,

Thank you for using HCM,

Different labs use different units to measure the value of hemoglobin.
In general is used grams/dL.
With these units the normal values of hemoglobin are:
Male 13.8 to 17.2 grams/dL
Female 12.0 to 15.6 grams/dL

So, doable check on your lab result if that is the unity measurement of your hemoglobin, and if it is g/dL then yes- 46 is a very high value.
