What I am understanding you are "feeling" a hot spot - correct me if Im wrong.
Is that spot red, swollen, painful?
Can you provide a photo of it if its visible?
How long ago have you noticed it?
Do you have any general symptoms? Fever, pains in other parts of body?

There are not any visible marks..no red.

If its not visible, its not red, not painful, not swollen...so its just hot, then its most probably nothing to worry about.
