Question: hi sir

recently i came to know that i was affected with HIV after checking i came to know my CD4 count is 146 whether is there any chances for me getting child thro test tube baby

Yes , chances of getting a baby through in vitro fertilization ( test tube baby ) is possible if your viral load is minimized and your sperm count is tested Hiv negative.
As your CD4 Count is low < 200 , you have to be started on ARV ( Anti retro viral drugs ) already, to reduce your viral load and to optimally increase your Cd4 count .
Techniques like SPERM WASHING , are available to separate individual sperm from seminal fluids and then tested for HIV strains .
If it shows negative , trails of Invitro fertilisation is tried with well appreciable degree of success rate.
