Brief Answer:
There is not enough data evidence for this conclusion.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

I understand your concern, and would explain that there is insufficient data evidence for this conclusion.

It has been noticed that in persons suffering from atrial fibrillation, cold drinks, icecream and frozen yougurt can trigger an atrial fibrillation attack. This could be explained by the mechanism of autonomic nervous system activation during digestion of cold food.
It just a conclusion based on some personal experiences.

There are not studies for this.

So I can't say that it is totally forbidden to eat cold food in persons with atrial fibrillation, but you should do it with caution.

You can try normal temperature yougurt. It has a lot of potassium which is good for your health, especially when you are taking digoxin.

Hope to have been helpful!
