Brief Answer:
Your Spondylitis will get aggravated due excessive travelling.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have studied your case.
You have not attached your MRI report. May be by mistake you have attached forest departments document.
As you said - You are having heavy Cervical Spondylitis.MRI report -MILD CORD HYPERINTENSITY AT C6 LEVEL WITH CORD THINNING. Suggest that you have major problem.

Due to compression of C6 nerve root there can be tingling numbness in your arm and pain.
For these symptoms analgesic and neurotropic medication like pregabalin and methylcobalamine can be started after discussing with your doctor.
Till time, avoid lifting weights.
Continue your Physiotherapy like ultrasound and interferential therapy will give quick relief.
I will advise to check your vit B12 and vit D3 level.

Your Spondylitis will get aggravated due excessive travelling so better to avoid such travelling.

If nerve compression becomes symptomatically severe then surgical decompression will give permanent relief.
You can attach your MRI report or film so that I can help you better.

Hope this answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. I will be happy to answer your queries.

Wishing you good health

Take care.
