Is Flying Safe While Having Pleurisy?

Question: I would like to know if you can fly with pleurisy. I am in my second week of recovering and the pain is manageable, I am currently back at work. I will be flying to XXXXXXX Lanka on Saturday with a stop over in dubai (7 hours on the plane).

No I haven't had fever for over a week.

I'm taking ibuprofen for the pain but at the moment maybe only once a day as the pain is still there but it is very minimal. My chest is clear from mucus etc compared to how it was before but I'm a little short of breath today compared to other days (possible because I'm a bit more active from being at work)

And this can cause breathlessness on exertion.

No wheezing at all, it's very mild.

Is there anything I can use to help it like Vicks vapour rub?

Would you suggest any more antibiotics?

You should definitely keep levolin or albuterol rescue inhaler with you.
If breathlessness occur then it well help you rather than vicks.

I do not smoke, however I quit around two months ago.

I am 55kg in weight.

I just had a look, those in halers are not available in the UK. Is it something similar to this? XXXX
