Question: Hi Doctor,

My wife is 7 months pregnant and the expected delivery date as per the LMP is 5th Nov'16.We are in XXXXXXX and we are planning to go down to Goa to meet my parents during Christmas time.We will be taking a direct flight from XXXXXXX to Goa and return which will be of 1 hr duration one way.We wanted to seek your advice whether it is fine to travel with the baby by flight towards Dec end.Please advice.

I understand your concerns but don't worry. You can easily travel with baby older than 15 days if the baby doesn't suffer from any major illness.

Only care you need to take is that ensure feeding the baby while take off and landing to avoid earache associated with atmospheric pressure difference.
