Not sure about the dates mayb 20 or 23 February, because last month got her period twice after using I-pill; pregnancy test done this week it shows two lines one is thicker the other one is thinner.

Your information says that your girlfriend has taken i-pill and got the bleeding/periods twice. There can be withdrawal bleeding at around 5-7 days as the effect of the i-pill hormones are withdrawn and hence the body responds by having withdrawal bleeding. This is not called a period. When was that she had 2 nd episode of bleeding- was it on her regular dates?
If the dates were say about 20-23 Feb, minus 14 days means the ovulation would have been 6 to 9 Feb. If the intercourse unprotected and was during this period, that is from 3 to 12 Feb, then only pregnancy is possible. If the i-pill was taken within 72 hours then again having pregnancy is a remote possibility.
Secondly you have told about i-pill. Was it taken within 72 hours of sex?
Please confirm the dates.
Pregnancy test: 2 lines means pregnancy may be present.
Please ask her to repeat the test and read within the time as directed on the package. See that it is not beyond the expiry date. Please ask her to read the instructions fully and follow strictly as the test seen after a particular time may show up as false positive.
