Brief Answer:
Need ultrasound of whole abdomen

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

From your description, it seems like a lump that may be "twisting". It could be a fibroid or ovarian cyst etc. To come to a definite diagnosis, an ultrasound of whole abdomen is required. A gynecologist examination will also be helpful.

Kindly upload the reports so that we can discuss further.
