Is Clear Vaginal Discharge During Pregnancy A Cause For Concern?

Question: Hi Dr XXXXXXX . My wife is around 16 weeks pregnant and worried about increased vaginal discharge. It's colorless and odorless and consistency like water. Is this usual ?

Thanks so much for your answer. it used to be white earlier now it's more watery and during specific times in the day it almost feels like I've wet myself from urine it's more than the last couple of weeks. Is this ok?
