Brief Answer:
I think you are ok!

Detailed Answer:
Thankfully when it comes to pups and cats; the parvovirus strains which infect our pets are not the same strains (Parvo B-19) which infect humans. As such you are very likely safe from any Parvo issues. However, you may want to consider and ensure that the pup does not suffer from any transmittable blood conditions "i.e. any other worms and bugs".Still; I'll admit statistically, you are likely safe, and you should wash the area thoroughly with soap and water and any anti-bacterial soap if you have any. My suggestion is to watch for symptoms; and otherwise to feel confident that you are very likely in the clear and free to move on with your life healthy, strong and non-infected.

Caveat: I am not a Veterinarian and needlstick injuries in veternary medicine has unfortunately been an understudied and unappreciated field; thus the advise from physician to physician may be different. Ultimately, I think you are OK! Still if you are even but the least bit concerned, certainly get a secondary opinion and or present to your doctor for blood-work and a physical exam.

I hope this advise has helped
