Question: If a child had pneumonia (with a fever) ten days ago, is it too soon for him to go overnight camping--eg risk of pneumonia returning.

If its 10 days after the end of the antibiotic treatment, its fine for him to go camping. However if its only 3 days after he finished the antibiotic, it might be too early. Usually it is good to rest for a week after the treatment is over.
