Yes they can have buttermilk and curd which are rich in minerals and calcium.
While evidence based medicine does not recommend any dietary restrictions for the Pemphigus vulgaris, but persons suffering from oral blisters may benefit from avoiding certain foods esp spicy foods, tomatoes, orange juice. Hard foods like nuts, chips may injure the oral epithelium mechanically.
