Brief Answer:
Please find details below

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX,
Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Please find my observations below.

1. Blood pressure is the pressure exerted by the flowing blood on the walls of the arteries. In an adult a blood pressure of more than 140/ 90 mm Hg is considered high. Blood pressure is ideally recorded for 3 consecutive days after 30 minutes of rest, at the same time of the day and using the same instrument. If the blood pressure recorded is persistently above 140/ 90 mm Hg then it is hypertension and treatment is started.

2. If your blood pressure is 105/ 65 mm Hg with telmisartan 40 mg then it is acceptable. This is a recommended medicine.

3. It is important to know if your blood pressure was 150/ 95 mm Hg after 30 minutes of rest or not. Every one will have a higher than normal blood pressure after physical activity and mental stress. Also instruments carry 5 to 10 percent error sometimes and calibration of blood pressure recording instrument is required.

4. Blood pressure differs at rest and after physical activity and mental tension. Please record your blood pressure after 30 minutes of rest and when your mind is relaxed. This will show your real blood pressure.

5. In diet you should avoid extra salt in foods and this will also help to control blood pressure. You might get a kidney Doppler scan done to study the blood supply to kidneys and if there is any block.

Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

The reports of echocardiography, Treadmill test and lipid profile and uric acid levels seem to be normal.
Only blood urea is a little elevated.
It is advisable to consult a nephrologist regarding this .
Further tests like ultrasonography scan may be required along with urine analysis along with total urinary protein is advisable.

Your nephrologist shall guide you regarding this.
