Question: My husbands' blood pressure is 120/68 he is 79 and fit is this OK thank you XXXX

This BP is perfect at this age.
However, having a normal blood pressure doesn't mean that he is in perfect health.
To be sure get the following investigations:
1. Fasting Blood Sugar
2. Fasting Lipid Profile.
3. Hemoglobin
4. Liver and kidney function tests.
5. ECG.
If he has any medical issue you can discuss with me.
As far as your BP is concerned, his BP is perfect.
