Brief Answer:

He has Tumor in the bladder which is resected and report is awaited

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I have gone through our previous discussion on this subject and recapitulate the facts like.

Your brother has hematuria (Blood in Urine) and was investigated and found to have tumour in the bladder which was resected by an endoscopic surgery of (TURBT) on 27th Feb and the chips were sent for histopathological examination to ascertain the nature of tumour whether it is benign or malignant and to know the extent of the tumour whether it is localized or spread to surrounding structures.

It is highly impossible for any clinician to comment on the outcome of the problem, prognosis and future course of action until this report is made available.

Since 12 days are over it is likely that you have received the report.

I shall be happy if you can upload the Histopathology report to help me to make precise comments and suggestions regarding the further plan of action.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Brief Answer:

As per uploaded report tumour is benign in nature. Needs regular follow up

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

It is reported to be a benign tumour (Hemangioma) and there is no evidence of malignancy (Cancer).

It needs regular follow up by endoscopic examination (Cystoscopy) to rule out recurrence

I think you should relax now as your brother does not have cancer of bladder.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

but Dr. XXXXXXX what worried me now is the doctor was saying they were sure when they saw that tumor inside, they were like shocked. they were saying its better if you get the second opinion as well. now my brother is fine by the grace of God, there is no blood in his urine, but sometime he feels pain sometime now. Dr. XXXXXXX do you think we should go for the second opinion? The doctor told my mom that it could be a birthmark may be.
