Is An HIV Test Conclusive After 3 Months?

Question: I took an hiv test on the 27th of August, last unprotected sexual encounter was late January/early February of this year, a couple of weeks before February 27th. The test came back negative. Is it safe to say that the test was accurate and I'm HIV free?

It is not clear about the HIV test done.Usually antibodies tests will be done.
Antibodies tests are Conclusive after 3 months.So if it is Elisa then it is conclusive .
Even other tests too are usually considered conclusive after such a long period.
It is negative for HIV.
