Brief Answer:
Sounds like an abscess

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

It sounds like a perianal abscess. From what you describe, it is now perforated, which is the treatment for an abscess. You can wait and watch, but if it gets worse or doesn't subside, see a doctor for a thorough incision and evacuation of the abscess.

Hope this helps.
