Brief Answer:
lipoma or sebaceous cyst likely, need consultant surgeon visit.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

* As per my surgical experience, lump on buttock can be of various reasons as lipoma,
sebaceous cyst or others.

* A visit to consultant surgeon is most appropriate in concern to make the clinical
diagnosis and further management to get rid of it by excision of the same.

However, kindly provide further details so that I can answer your query completely.

1. Lump - exact location on buttock as upper, middle, lower part in relation with anal opening.
2. Consistency of the lump, overlying skin changes if any.
3. Visible externally or you can just palpate under the skin ?

Awaiting for your response.
Regards
